When scheduling a REALministry event the host church/ministry/university is generally concerned with:
1. Calendaring
2. Cost
3. Content
1. Calendaring: It has been said that timing is everything. That's why advance planning is most advantageous. While some events can be planned and conducted in a relatively short period, certainly advanced scheduling will allow us crucial time for planning, prayer and preparation for a successful event. The first step is to contact Michael concerning your preferred event dates. We will discuss your goals and objectives; calendaring the event at a time available for both you and REALministry.
Pulpit Supply – On Sunday’s when Michael is not previously scheduled, he is available to supply for pastors who have to be absent from their pulpit. Don’t hesitate to call - even at the last minute.
2. Cost: While costs will vary depending on the size, length, and content of the event; there are some static figures and minimums that can be expressed here:
- REALministry is solely supported by the churches and organizations being served by the ministry.
- Travel, Food and Lodging must be covered. If requested, REALministry can suggest some low cost alternatives.
- Honorarium - A single day event, weekend retreat, or an evangelistic event each have incremental financial requirements based on preparation and the length of the event. Love offerings are useful, but depending on the type of event, the size of your organization, and the event length; basic standards will have to be agreed upon. The only way to determine these specific costs is to contact REALministry. (Contact information is at the bottom of this page.)
- While financial concerns are necessary, no ministry requests is turned away on the basis of finances. We want to partner with you in meeting your Kingdom goals.
3. Content: Whether you desire a Leadership Training event, an Evangelistic Outreach, or some other focus is only part of the question. The larger question concerns your vision, purpose, and goals for your event. All content will be customized to meet your stated goals.
Michael will be glad to talk with you, even if you're only at the starting point or just exploring the possibilities of partnering with REALministry. Please use the contact information below and begin the process of investigating what can be done to make your event an incredible success.
