Michael has invested his life serving churches as a Senior Pastor, Church Planter, and Student Minister. In addition he has spoken at churches, seminars, and conferences across America. REALministry grows out of three decades of actual ministry experience and the conviction that God intends to accomplish His Kingdom purpose through local congregations.
